pitti uomo 86 day 2...

Wearing Melissa Bui FW14 skirt, Zara shirt, Christian Louboutin Pigalle heels, Chanel bag and Céline sunglasses

We skipped Day 1 of Pitti this time and arrived in Florence from Milan the night before Day 2. It was such an easy choice to pick this skirt, but I couldn't decide whether I wanted to wear it with a crop top or a shirt. The unseasonably cool weather that day made the shirt the obvious choice.

Firenze so far...

Wearing crop top and Mom denim shorts from Topshop and new hat from random Florentine street stall.

...has been perfect! The sun is scorchingly hot and the only way to stay cool is eat a ton of gelato and luckily, there is no shortage of gelaterias around town! Heading to T+Jo's wedding at a castle tonight, followed by a few days in Chianti. I can't wait!

this dress...

Wearing vintage Yves Saint Laurent dress, Giuseppe Zanotti Swarovski crystal heels and Proenza Schouler clutch

...deserves a post. I found this beauty in Milan back in January and have been dying to wear it. The invite to a good friend's wedding in Taipei came in the mail and I decided that this would be the night. With hair this colour it can be a bit hard to look elegant in formal wear, but with this dress I think that anything goes! That being said, I can't wait to wear it again when I change my hair back to black...

Note to self: Must get that pesky tag fixed before I wear it again!

pitti uomo 85: day 2...

Wearing faux fur coat, House of Holland star dress, Miu Miu suede heels, Richard Nicoll x Ksubi sunglasses and Hermès Rose Tyrien Constance.

Day 2 of Pitti Uomo 85 was actually a bit colder than I had anticipated. Walking around with the boys I was given some pretty odd looks, probably questioning why I left my legs bare but the morning had started off really warm and sunny (as you can see in the first few pictures!). This dress is fantastic. Truly. I am not one to wear a lot of colours but this one was really easy to pull off and so much fun to wear!

The last image was snapped by Alan while Enrico Labriola was taking photos of me, which is now up on the Pitti Immagine W website. At some point the fog came in and it really got too cold for me so I left the boys to do their buying and snuck away to Harry's Bar for a pasta. Delicious food and fantastic service!
